When the farm bureau decided to relocate, they chose a site on the I-5 corridor in Lacey Washington. This three-story concrete structure is located on a sloping hill site which required tiered parking lots on the site and the largest tilt-up concrete building pad Dan has worked on in his career. Beyler Consulting designed the parking and stormwater facilities - due to the extensive slopes on this site, our work included a grading plan, retaining walls, designing the entry road, as well as redesigning the sloped frontage street.
