This three-phase, 200,000 square feet project included the demolition of most existing structures on site and constructing two new buildings in their place, as well as upgrades to the existing drainage and sewer systems.

The storm drainage design of this project involved working with an existing storm facility and retrofitting it to conform to the current Department of Ecology Manual. The design included a combined treatment and retention facility and significant conveyance improvements.

An added challenge was that the site had to remain operational during construction.
