Provided full street improvements to Fawcett Avenue South between South 21st Street and South 23rd Street in addition to proposed storm drainage and sanitary sewer system improvements. The improvements total approximately 0.85 acres, and consist of realigning Fawcett Avenue, constructing two shared use lanes, curb, gutter, sidewalk, street parking, street lighting and associated tree pits to meet hardscape requirements. Along with the frontage improvement, a water quality and conveyance system was constructed with sewer infrastructure improvements.
